Disappointing

Order arrived fairly quickly but the material was rather thin, almost seethrough, so I have tried to obtain permission to return the items. I filled in a form twice on the website, 21 and 26 June 2023 but have heard nothing from anyone. i emailed Customer Services on 2 July 2023 and I am still waiting for a reply. This is just poor service!
